How to improve your wellness and increase your energy levels

Today, I’m going to guide you through the 3 Ps to improve your wellness and boost your energy levels.

These simple but EFFECTIVE steps will transform your life. I see this all the time—from those who feel confused, stuck, and dissatisfied with their physical appearance and their energy levels.

I help females over the age of 30 experiencing these exact symptoms. Despite traveling, having kids, and feeling like time is running out, they:

  • Gain more energy

  • Let go of brain fog

  • Feel awesome in a bikini!

I’m going to share some secrets with you to provide VALUE so that you can achieve where you want to be.

Remember, you don’t know what you don’t know.

1. Preparation

Preparation is key when it comes to food at home. When dining out, you have no control over the ingredients they use, like inflammatory oils, but at home, you can control everything, including the quantity and quality of ingredients. This is SO IMPORTANT for fat loss, higher energy levels, and removing brain fog. I'll give you more examples of how I prepare my foods to support gut health at the end of this post.

Think about how you feel after any restaurant meal versus something you’ve prepared with nutritious ingredients at home. A BIG HACK is to plan tomorrow today. Sit down and plan your meals, and don’t make excuses about eating in the car because you're too busy. I do that myself, but I plan my meals and pack a lunchbox.

Preparation isn't just about food. This extends to everything, even gymming. Plan what time, when, and where you'll work out, and lay out your gym clothes the night before. However, many of us fall off track due to a lack of accountability and letting life's stress take over. This is where I work closely with females to guarantee the results you're seeking. I help you in terms of execution.

2. People

TRIBE—surround yourself with like-minded females on a mission to make the most of life. This comes down to values. One of mine is freedom—financial, location, and time freedom. I thrive on inspiring and genuinely changing people’s lives, including those of animals as an animal chiropractor.

I'm on a mission to enhance the lives of females worldwide because I believe that when we live our best lives—full of energy and clarity—we inspire others around us to do the same.

Meaning: Recently, I worked with Jackie, a single mom of a 12-year-old boy. She was lost, scared, and unsure of her future after leaving an abusive relationship. Jackie was hesitant to invest in herself but thank God she joined my wellness program. She now has more energy than ever before.

She shared, "I don't know where I would be without TSM. The learnings I implemented had an immediate effect on my energy. The tribe's support meant the world to me. Nika showed me the light in a dark place." Stories like Jackie's give my life meaning and fulfilment.

As a female, mastering oneself is crucial. We are empathetic, generous, and often put others before ourselves, depleting our source of life energy. Investing in myself had a significant impact, creating a positive knock-on effect for those around me.

3. Power of Processes

Here’s a personal story: the reason I created True Self-Mastery. I've always been competitive and determined. I enjoy feeling lean, energised, and mentally clear. However, in my late 20s and early 30s, I lost sight of this. I lacked focus and a process, even though I was pushing myself in the gym. I was training hard and eating what I thought was healthy foods, yet I held onto stubborn belly fat and had an inflamed face. I felt flat and foggy, despite exercising regularly.

I took responsibility and ownership of my daily actions and educated myself about correct nutrition without dieting or counting calories. I invested in a mindset coach despite my financial fears. Now, I’ve put all my knowledge into the 3P process.

Summary of the Three Ps:

  1. Preparation

    • Plan today for tomorrow’s success.

    • Pack your meals.

  2. People

    • Surround yourself with supportive individuals.

    • YOUR close friends and family might not understand your goals, dreams, and desires.

  3. Processes

    • Don’t waste valuable time on ineffective methods.

    • Invest in proven processes to guarantee results efficiently.

Fear is a significant barrier that prevents us from taking action. It consumes us in many ways. Ask yourself what you would do if fear wasn't a factor.

When investing in yourself and getting a MENTOR or buying a course:

  1. Do your research. I prefer human interaction, so I chose a coach relatable to me—someone who showed both successes and failures.

  2. Look for proven results. Choose passionate people who provide evidence of their success.

My largest obstacle for many years was mindset. Hiring a coach transformed everything for me. My stubborn mindset held me back so much! You don’t know what you don’t know.
